Risk Taker Leaders in 2019

Most people think leader means a domineering and charismatic individual but Leader is a person who leads team. Primarily, a leader is a person who mobilizes controls and influences the team and takes decisions as per the situation.

According to the book - "The Practice of Adaptive Leadership", Leader word originated from the Indo-European root word Leit, it was the name of a person who carried the flag in front of army in battle and died in the first enemy attack. His sacrifice would alert the rest of the army about the danger.

According to Peter Drucker - "The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers." Brilliant Drucker defined in very simple statement.

Any leader is identified by his certain qualities such as - Create and articulate vision, willingness to take risk, truthfulness, humility that allows to acknowledge mistakes, thoughtful strategic planner, focused and committed et.al.

Leader becomes perfect by learning from his mistakes. He takes risks in both the environment that is success or failure. History shows that risk takers have changed the World.

For example Wright Brothers (first flying aeroplane), Steve Jobs (founder Apple Inc.), Jeff Bezos (Founder Amazon) Dhirubhai Ambani (founder Reliance Industries) , Bill Gates (co-founder Microsoft) et.al. CNN international announced following 20 Risk Takers global leaders in 2019.
