Primarily work from home will result in saving money and time both. Businesses do not need to incur huge expenses on office space and infrastructure. However, a robust technology system is required to continue with Work from home. In addition, employees can save their travelling cost and time.
WORKOUT AT HOME
Social distancing rules imposed restrictions on the workout places like health clubs, gyms etc. In such conditions, home has become an indoor hub for exercise and indoor games. People have even run marathon in their apartment / balcony. Physical trainers have also devised online routines to retain their clients. To break the monotony, most of the people have charted a schedule for the day that includes various fitness activities such as exercise, yoga, meditation, reading, singing and dancing other than office work.

Scientists have mentioned that one can get infection from coming in close contact with other infected humans and surfaces. Hence people started using gloves and masks while being in crowded places. Some of the family members have teamed up with other families and using online mode for interaction and entertainment.
GOOD HYGIENE PRACTICES
People have learnt to protect themselves by washing hands using sanitizer, tissues, cover face by mask while moving out, avoid touching eyes, face, nose and mouth. Also every individual is cleaning and ventilating their homes without house-helper.
People have rediscovered their hobbies and are spending time to pursue them. It's fun, challenging and entertaining. Such activities improve mindset and mood of the entire family. Also help to create new ways to know self insights.
